About Me
I was quite interested in sports when I was 12 years old. I enjoyed playing sports at school with my classmates or with the children from my neighborhood.
I was physically weaker than most children my age, but my height was an advantage. So I basically wanted to be a basketball or soccer goalkeeper. At the same time, I discovered that my vision is poor. I had to wear glasses, and at that time the lenses were all made of glass, so I was at a higher risk of breakage and damage. In sports requiring physical contact, such as ball sports, martial arts, and even swimming, I had practically no chance. I had no answers and no one to turn to for advice.
I used to workout cautiously up until the age of 17. However, my glasses cracked, and I was injured as a result. But, at the time, I found it annoying to hear everything stated around me. For example, they would occasionally comment on how slim I was.
Fitness clubs had developed near our home and had become very popular. I considered it a miracle because there was a bad opinion of these clubs and their members. The reason for continuing was that I had registered at a reputable facility where the owner and coach were father and son, who were both nice and moral people. I opted to stay for a long period because of their principles and behavior.
The day I joined the gym, I was 190 cm tall and 62 kg, and lifting weights was the most difficult thing I had ever done.
Although I advanced at a snail's pace in comparison to everyone else, I had an advantage: I had never missed a training day or session up to this time. I persisted, but I'm confident that if I had focused my efforts on the right sport, I would have had more success. Actually, if I had pursued other sports instead of bodybuilding, I would have won an Olympic medal.
As we all know, the goal of bodybuilding exercises is to grow bulky, massive muscles; however, due to poor exercise selection, I had a powerful body but it was not muscular. This error prompted me to seek out new information in the fields of coaching and nutrition in order to find the correct way. I lifted far heavier weights than athletes my size, but my physique did not grow muscular at all.
I was first concerned that my techniques or program were inappropriate, but all coaches confirmed that I did everything incredibly accurately and without error.
I believed that increasing weight would make me more muscular, so I began eating more and taking supplements. I had reached 94 kg by the age of 27, had become more muscular and stronger, but had lost my speed and agility. I met several nutritionists, and they all recommended diets, but they didn't grasp my goal. Regardless of my athletic ability, due to diets I lost weight, so my energy was reduced. They even could not keep my weight stable when I reached my ideal weight. So I began seeking out a sports nutritionist. From then on, I recognized that if you don't seek the advice of an expert, you're squandering your time and money.
Now, thanks to my sports nutritionist, who later became my teacher, I have an ideal weight, plenty of energy, and a constant weight.
I took coaching and nutrition classes and increased my knowledge. Despite the fact that I was still unsure of which sport was best for me,
The professor who helped me in this field was an expert in anthropometry. I had no idea there was such a science. He told me that I could find my answer after getting the anthropometric result.
With an accurate measurement of the size of your muscles, fat, and bones, you can determine how successful you are in any sport.
I was right in my assumption: My chances of success in bodybuilding became clear to me. My lowest score in all sports for bodybuilding was 13 out of 100. I received a terrific score of 75 in fencing. But despite my intense interest in sports, I discovered this problem too late. making it impossible for me to compete at this time.
I also took the anthropometry course, and now that I have these three sciences, I want to help you choose the proper path.
